Too many projects lose clarity as they pass from designer to consultant to contractor. Fordocon brings those conversations together earlier, so the design is informed by cost, constructability and schedule—and construction remains accountable to the design.
The company is led by an Ontario architect with more than a decade of architectural practice and hands-on development and construction-management experience.
Architectural services are provided by Jahan Mehr Architects Inc., OAA, where required, maintaining the professional responsibilities appropriate to each project.
