Medical clinic · Markham · Completed 2024
A clinic carried from planning into construction.
Project overview
Many technical decisions, resolved as one environment.
This 2,100-square-foot clinic brought spatial planning, interior architecture, custom millwork, lighting and building-system coordination into one connected design-build process.
Medical interiors depend on room relationships, circulation, privacy, day-to-day staff use and technical services working together. Here, those elements were developed as parts of one complete environment rather than isolated packages.
Full design-build service by Fordocon. Architectural services provided by Jahan Mehr Architects Inc., OAA.

The clinic demonstrates the central idea behind Fordocon: design decisions are stronger when construction knowledge is present early, and construction is more controlled when the design team remains connected to delivery.
